- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum-AI hybrids and biocomputing
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into product pipelines
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future technologies or innovation leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Active security clearance (Top Secret/SAP preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
