Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030) with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Present technology foresight reports to executive stakeholders and industry boards
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation architects
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks aligned with UN SDG 2030 targets
- Represent InnovateX at Davos, CES, and other global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred for global partnerships
