Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology initiatives, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop actionable roadmaps for technology adoption and implementation across 15+ global markets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions with 6-18 month timelines
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Manage a $5M innovation budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products or frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations (50+ personnel)
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
