Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for strategic implementation

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation lab initiatives with $2M+ annual budget
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into viable products
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling tech products to 10M+ users
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with agile development and product lifecycle management
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
