Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Develop strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions to accelerate R&D
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the board of directors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership publications, and industry keynotes
- Oversee the development of a 10-year technology ecosystem plan aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AGI, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leader in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
