Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI, metaverse) and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with R&D labs, universities, and tech pioneers
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
- Build and lead a specialized innovation team focused on 2026+ capabilities
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
