Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
