- Oversee cross-functional innovation projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and transformation success metrics
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry standards for 2026
- Mentor senior technology leaders on future-proofing methodologies
- Conduct competitive analysis of next-gen technology landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience with emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, IoT)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (2020-2026)
- Experience leading cross-continental technology transformation programs
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
