- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for future-proofing our portfolio
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology-driven business impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Prior startup or scale-up experience required
