Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) into core offerings
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical strategy with product development
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology gap assessments across global markets
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pilot programs and measure ROI of experimental technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Certifications in technology management or strategic planning preferred
