Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business growth
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuro-interfaces) into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Develop patent strategies and IP protection protocols for breakthrough innovations
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technology practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum solutions
- Deep expertise in technology adoption lifecycle management
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or top-tier tech journals
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent advanced credential
- Experience building and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
