- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize innovation initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impact on innovation strategies
- Manage annual innovation budget allocation and ROI tracking for technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, metaverse)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
