Responsibilities

- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab focused on next-gen digital solutions
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols across all projects

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized tech
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
