As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research institutions, and industry pioneers to shape our 2026 technology portfolio. You'll navigate quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and sustainable tech ecosystems while driving initiatives that position us at the forefront of industry evolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning across quantum computing, generative AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn tech companies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025 roadmap delivery)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Fluency in English with additional languages a plus
