Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) to identify market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Monitor global regulatory frameworks affecting future technology adoption
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Assessment
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Prior work with regulatory bodies on tech policy frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
