Responsibilities
- Architect and lead R&D initiatives for 2026-forward technologies including quantum computing integration, AI ethics frameworks, and carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Direct cross-functional teams of 10+ specialists in agile sprints to deliver prototype innovations quarterly
- Develop patent-pending solutions for emerging challenges in biotech interfaces and decentralized digital ecosystems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape tech policy
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite stakeholders and industry summits
- Mentor junior researchers and establish best practices for futuristic development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech or R&D environments
- Proven track record of launching at least two patented innovations
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum algorithms, generative AI ethics, or sustainable hardware
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published author in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Exceptional strategic planning with experience in 5-year tech roadmapping
