- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal innovation sprints
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience with patent analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence frameworks
