Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology vision, identifying quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech convergence opportunities
- Lead innovation labs prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces and decentralized systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into enterprise roadmaps
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors and board members with ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and R&D centers worldwide
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
- Conduct horizon scanning for paradigm-shifting innovations in biotech, climate tech, and space tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and S-curve adoption models
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Experience scaling technology ecosystems across global markets
