Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to shape technology ecosystems
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and policy
- Drive internal innovation workshops to cultivate future-thinking culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product development, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching technology products with market impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
