Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 innovation horizons
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing) for competitive advantage
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record of launching quantum/AI initiatives at scale
- Deep expertise in Web3 architecture and decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for futuristic projects
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
