Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies including generative AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current development pipelines
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven experience developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting futuristic concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTP) or equivalent practical experience
