Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technology inflection points
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech trends
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation roadmap with business objectives
- Curate exclusive symposiums with global thought leaders and investors
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget and prototype development pipeline
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through venture incubation
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and premier global tech forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with proven impact on future-facing products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Successful track record scaling ventures from concept to market leadership
- PhD or equivalent in relevant STEM field with exceptional academic pedigree
- Fluency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Global network of 500+ industry connections in tech and policy spheres
