Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce actionable foresight reports on emerging societal, economic, and technological shifts
- Partner with R&D to incubate future-focused initiatives and innovation pipelines
- Advise leadership on strategic pivots and market positioning for 2026+ landscapes
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints to accelerate future-readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications (e.g., HBR, Wired)
- Certification in Foresight (ACF) or Strategic Planning (SCP) preferred
