Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap, identifying key innovations and potential disruptions for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on next-generation AI architectures, ensuring they align with our core mission.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable, robust system architectures capable of integrating emerging AI paradigms.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in all future deployments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product features.
- Mentorship & Vision Casting: Inspire and mentor the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience (5+ years) in AI/ML architecture, strategy, or a related technical leadership role with a focus on future trends.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of current state-of-the-art AI technologies (LLMs, Computer Vision, NLP) and a keen interest in emerging tech.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify complex problems and propose innovative, long-term technical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in agile environments with a focus on iterative development and rapid prototyping.
