Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with global market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in conceptualizing and prototyping breakthrough solutions for future markets
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate innovation into core business operations
- Present visionary frameworks to stakeholders and investors through compelling storytelling
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of industry disruptors, academia, and innovation partners
- Champion ethical innovation practices while navigating regulatory landscapes of tomorrow
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technologies and societal shifts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic transformation
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (whitepapers, books, keynotes)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives with measurable impact
