Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using emerging technologies
- Quantify strategic risks/opportunities through data-driven trend modeling
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or societal transformation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
