- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future-focused insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubation programs for breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech paradigms and their business implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in translating foresight into market-ready initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning and trend impact assessment methodologies
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making approach
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
