Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers for C-suite executives
- Design and validate next-generation products/services using speculative design methodologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Present findings at global conferences and publish in industry-leading journals
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Published author or speaker at WEF, TED, or similar high-impact forums
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation projects launched in the last 5 years
