As a key member of our Global Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and venture partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and market positioning for Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to forecast technological and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across fintech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development frameworks
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for portfolio integration and IP development
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, SWOT analysis)
