As a key architect of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neuroscientists, and climate tech pioneers to develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investment decisions and product roadmaps for global enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, climate tech) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients facing industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Produce annual Future Impact Reports with actionable 18-36 month forecasts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future trends into executable business roadmaps
- Advolve in patent development for proprietary forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Gephi)
