Responsibilities

- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and strategic pivots
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technology adoption
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in innovation consulting or corporate strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable ROI
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFAP)
