Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate foresight strategy using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products and services
- Present disruptive insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to accelerate R&D in quantum computing and biotech
- Author thought leadership publications that shape industry discourse on AI ethics and sustainable tech
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist team while managing innovation pipeline prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (patents or launched products)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method) and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executable roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
