Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive market forces
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ innovation initiatives across product, operations, and customer experience
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder dialogues on future scenarios and opportunity spaces
- Design and implement exponential innovation frameworks including AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and biotech integration
- Build and mentor a global team of futurists, researchers, and strategic innovation specialists
- Translate foresight insights into measurable KPIs and innovation pipeline management
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional facilitation skills with executive audiences and cross-cultural teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology trends, or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis projects
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
