Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and disruptive business models through 2026+
- Develop and publish annual future outlook reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario-planning sessions for long-term decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Identify and quantify future risks/opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Champion innovation initiatives aligned with long-term strategic vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, foresight research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused frameworks or trend reports
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
