- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating next-gen disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Author proprietary trend reports with 95%+ predictive accuracy for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging societal needs
- Present strategic insights at industry summits (World Economic Forum, CES) representing Horizon Insights
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in trend analysis for Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting firms
- Proven track record of publishing influential industry forecasts with measurable impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/SFPC or equivalent)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
