Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, geopolitics) and project their 2026 implications
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Advise on innovation investments and R&D priorities for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research (white papers, books)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and societal disruptors
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
