- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of exponential technologies
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across 15+ business units
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in systems thinking, exponential technology trends, and scenario modeling
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy with data-driven foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
