Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with company growth objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Design strategic frameworks for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on 2026 industry trends
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions and MVPs
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic modeling capabilities
- Published author in futurism or technology innovation domains
- Experience with Delphi methodology and trend impact assessment frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFM, CIP)
