Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global strategic vision using advanced trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build strategic partnerships with innovation labs, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Design scenario planning frameworks for potential futures across 5+ industry verticals
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and innovation processes
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and trend mapping
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning platforms)
