Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizon
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce quarterly futurist briefings for board and innovation committees
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design organizational adaptation strategies for workforce evolution
- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused R&D investments
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience scaling foresight frameworks across global enterprises
