Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to map 2026 strategic imperatives
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and horizon-scanning methodologies for organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future-focused strategy
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist advisory roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience with cross-industry trend analysis and systems thinking
