Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology foresight strategies aligned with market evolution and societal trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate future-proof product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks affecting innovation
- Build competitive advantage through scenario planning and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies and market trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi)
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of advanced technologies
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Foresight (preferred)
