Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology foresight frameworks aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AGI, decentralized AI, biocomputing)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate strategic tech initiatives into business roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation summits
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation projects
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in futures/foresight roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Published thought leader (IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent tier)
- Certified Futurist (CF) from Association of Professional Futurists
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go) and system modeling tools
