Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through scenario planning and trend analysis

- Present future-shaping insights to executive leadership and board members
- Establish and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for cross-functional teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for stakeholder decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience facilitating high-stakes strategic planning sessions
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic drivers of change
