- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present visionary technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge insights
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on digital transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (white papers, patents, or industry talks)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams and managing R&D budgets >$10M
