Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026+) across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable R&D initiatives
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate emerging startups for acquisition/partnership
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives and scenario-planning models
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 technological milestones
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist conferences to shape industry discourse
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing) and their commercial applications
- Certification in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption and digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
