Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps aligning with market evolution and emerging scientific paradigms
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted communication systems
- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies from academic and startup ecosystems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members using immersive data visualization

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI alignment or quantum computing
- Proven track record in scaling technology from concept to global implementation
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
