Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and machine learning applications
- Optimize qubit stability and error-correction protocols for commercial quantum processors
- Lead interdisciplinary R&D projects with AI, materials science, and cybersecurity teams
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at global quantum summits
- Translate theoretical models into scalable quantum software frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum hardware-software co-design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum hardware architecture and cryogenic systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proficiency in Python/C++ and high-performance computing environments
- Proven ability to secure competitive research grants or patents
