Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Automation, Edge Computing) to assess commercial viability.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the prioritization and delivery of high-impact roadmap initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate technological risks associated with long-term innovation projects.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure funding and resources for futuristic projects.
- Establish a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technology department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology leadership, or futurism.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or leading digital transformation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and long-term project management.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
