Responsibilities
- Operate automated sorting systems with precision to maintain 99.9% accuracy rates
- Manage high-volume inventory using RF scanners and proprietary warehouse management software
- Execute safety protocols including OSHA-compliant material handling and equipment operation
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency during peak seasons
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces exceeding Amazon's 5S standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives driving operational excellence
- Train new associates on advanced automation technologies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license for equipment operation
